YOGA
Classical Hatha yoga class includes yoga poses (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), relaxation and meditation techniques.


YOGA FOR EXPECTANT MOTHERS
Mild exercise sequence for pregnant women meant to physically, emotionally and spiritually prepare for giving birth.

YOGA FOR MOMS AND BABIES
Class specially developed for new mothers with babies (from 6 months old). Harmonise your mind and your body by breathing, meditating and exercising with your baby. New mothers often forget about themselves when with their babies. This class, however, is al about you, but your baby is involved, too! Best way to retrieve strength and learn to keep the inner balance. Beginners welcomed!

GENTLE YOGA

In this class we look into simple but effective pose variations that benefit seniors, people recovering from illness or those with any medical conditions.

YOGA FOR KIDS
A group for 4-11 years old Children and teenagers. Your child will improve posture, become flexible, gain strength and learn to concentrate.
*Group will be formed in the nearest future.


YOGA FOR MOMS AND CHILDREN

Exercise and relax with your children. A combination of asanas made to fit both mothers and their children (3-7 years old recommended).

KUNDALINI YOGA
A more dynamic practice than hatha, this type of yoga is aimed at arousing the dormant kundalini energy. Classes include recitation of sacred mantras.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • PLEASE BOOK A CLASS IN ADVANCE as spaces are limited!
  • Let us know if you are not attending, so that someone else can join in!
  • Have a light snack at least one hour before the class.
  • Consult the instructor on any medical issues before the class.
  • Wear plain, comfortable sports clothing.
  • No footwear is required, but a pair of flip-flops might be useful.
  • Common use mats are available, but you may wish to bring your own.
